Terms and Conditions

A/ Repairs or any item sold at the shop are to be paid for On the day By Eftpos or Cash, no terms will be given unless previous arrangement with Management.

B/ Settlement Discount shown on an Invoice is 7 Days Only.

C/ Any accounts not paid in our terms shown on the Invoice will lose the discount shown & the Item will revert back to the list Price, This is not reversible.

D/ Any Quotes of Goods Between $ 500.00 to $5000.00 Require a 40% Deposit on the acceptance of a Quote Before Ordering of any stock, Pump or Parts. If The item is to be installed a Date will be set for the Installation within 14 Days. Final Payment due on the day of Installation.

E/ Any Quotes Accepted Between $ 5000 & Over Require a 50% Deposit on the acceptance of the said Quote Before any Ordering of the items. When we notify the day the goods are being delivered to the site a further 30% deposit is required on the day Before any delivery is done . The final Payment is due within 7 Days of the completion of the Job.

F/ If Requested By Water Solutions full payment of an Invoice before adding to a job with a variation to The original Contract or quote.

G/ All goods remain the Property of Water Solutions Tasmania P/L until fully Paid for.

H/ If full payment is not made in our terms or by a request by Water Solutions Tasmania P/L we have the Right To enter the worksite & remove the contracted goods without hindrance.

I/ “Variation to Contract “ Must be signed by Both parties or an email supplied giving the acceptance of the said variation by the customer or His management Where time allows a written Quote will be given of the variation. A signed Copy of our hand written WST Booklets with details of the Variation will also be accepted as a signed contract extra . Where required or requested in writing or email a full quote will be supplied By WST for Signing before a Requested start date with a variation To an Original quote . No work will commence unless one of the above is given.

J/ Any debts Incurred if collection is Required By Bailiff or Courts is the sole acceptance of the said party being collected on By Water Solutions Tasmania P/L.

K/ “Rock Clause” If at any time we are contracted or Quoted works with The Avant Trenching Machine Laying Pipe work Etc. If Heavy going is Struck such as Rock or Plate , an excavator would have to be used extra Charges would apply to The Hourly Rate originally Quoted & Travel Rate.

L/ “Services Location for Digging or earthworks “ - We would Expect the customer to contact Telstra for lines location or Any other Relevant Service ( Archers Underground Services ) to locate all Pipe work , Sewage , Stormwater , Water Lines , Electrical & Telstra. All services Must be clearly Marked or Pot Holed for location before any Works Started. On the day of works the customer or Site Manager must Induct the Operator on all locations. If any Damage is done to Above pipes & Telstra ( Phone Cables ) That were Not clearly Shown Or Located. All Costs for Repair are to be of The customers Relevant to the said works. Any Charges incurred by a Relevant services Company for location of any pipes & Cables are the full responsibility of The customer or Project Manager ( These Charges are not inclusive of the original Quote ).
